Seven years of Minecraft, end to end.

From build commissions to leading Marketplace partnerships — here's how I got here.

My journey on the Minecraft Marketplace began in 2018, when I started completing build commissions for Java servers. Soon after, I aided in the creation of Honeyfrost with my then build partner, Paul-Louis Burguet, helping establish the foundations of what would grow into one of the Marketplace's most successful teams. Over time, creative differences led me to branch off with James, and together we built Blockbytes from the ground up.

For several years, James and I poured our efforts into an ambitious collaboration with Xisumavoid, exploring the boundaries of what's possible within Minecraft. While that project remains in development, the strength of its showcase secured us Official Partnership status.

As we focused on growing the company, our first release — the Farming Pots Add-On — proved a breakout success, earning over 1,000 ratings despite being only a side project. Since then, we've continued developing a range of add-ons, with our flagship project still in progress.

This journey has equipped me with a broad skill set spanning level design, game design and development, and project management. Today, I balance leading Blockbytes with part-time development work, maintaining a steady rhythm between entrepreneurship and hands-on creation.

    Working alongside James (CEO) to deliver high-quality content. In charge of Operations, Tech R&D and Creative Direction.

    Freelance Developer

    Bedrock Add-Ons

    High-priority add-on development for marketplace teams including Glorious Studios, Misfits and Foxel Games — combining hands-on development with Tech R&D and lead-developer responsibilities.

    SpeedSilver

    Game Design

    Ideated and project-managed a Civilization Project, alongside ideating his civilization-based server which turned into Hoplite.

    Chief Operating Officer

    In charge of Honeyfrost's initial projects — primarily focusing on documentation, project management and creative direction. Contributed significantly to debut projects which got the ball rolling for Official Partnership and kickstarted the revenue.
